The booking side was a bit of a mix up but got it sorted. I was surprised by the bond as hadn't had to pay one previously. Hotel was clean and tidy, beds super comfortable. Tiles in bathroom were cracked which I scraped the bottom of my foot on. Also requested our hand soap to be filled and it was never done. It was empty the entire 3 nights. Luckily we had 2 rooms so could wash our hands in the other room. The brekast was great, huge variety though stocks were low and the wait for food to be restocked was a bit long. . All in all the stay was good and I'd return.

I'm a very loyal Platinum Accor member - and always enjoy many benefits at Accor hotels for paid subscription and loyalty - but Novotel Wellington gave no room upgrade, a really poor welcome gift compared to other Novotels, just 1 drink voucher instead of 2, and no complimentary barista coffee with breakfast. I'll be booking at one of the other Accor hotels next time I'm in Wellington.
