Well located but a bit noisy from road use

Room was cold when entering. Heater had been turned off and windows left open, heater not really efficient for room size. Room clean, but basic. You need a mirror over desk/dressing table and plugs at side of bed so can charge phones. Shower tray very slippery. Breakfast was adequate, warm plates would be good. Staff member was excellent, so helpful when I asked Gluten Free bread.

Have stayed here many times before. Rooms clean and well resourced. Only disappointment was breakfast - only scrambled eggs and coffee machine incorrectly set for hot chocolate or hot water (this was changed)

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful . The food choice is limited but understandably so with a hungry horse next door .( dog friendly @the HH ) . I think the rooms could do with a refresh as they are looking a tad tired now but all in good working order.
