The cleaning services were poor..the toilet was smelling the whole time and the carpet was rarely clean.

Great location next to the Gallagher estate conference center!

I booked one night at this Mercure hotel as it was a 5 min walk from the Huntex exhibition. The accommodation was great, no complaints, clean, comfortable, no noise, etc. I will definitely use this hotel again due to it's strategic location. My only recommendation, would be to make your breakfasts more affordable. R300 (plus) is too expensive, rather, reduce this amount by half, and you'll be guaranteed more customers.

Friendly and helpful reception staff; the lift was out of order but we were given a room on Floor 2 so there were only a few steps to climb (Floor 1 = Ground floor). The room was small but clean and comfortable and the bathroom appeared to have been recently renovated. Although the Gautrain station is only 20 minutes walk away, the receptionist suggested a taxi was the better option, which she ordered for us (ZAR31, 5 minutes.)
