NKRR TripAdvisor review

We stayed in 2 rooms while our 3 daughters attended the SZA concert. The proximity of the hotel to the Qudos arena and the lcoal cafes/restaurants was convenient. Isabel (at reception) was exceptional. She was welcoming, hospitable and pleasant. She went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and we appreciated it. The beds were very comfortable. It was a bit disappointing when we had to go down to reception twice to reprogram our key cards to the room as they were not working.

We had to find urgent accommodation when we were left stranded by our Booking.com reservation. Novotel were very helpful and efficient and staff were friendly. The restaurant was kept open while we had our rather late meal. Thanks for saving us. Note the curtains were a bit crime scene.

Arrived and was greeted by Amir. He helped with our luggage and parking. The stay was great. Checked out with Amirs help again. This was a great stay. It certainly was a pleasure to stay at Novotel and we will be planning our next stay with Novotel because of the great service that we received. It make a much better stay when you are greeted and farewelled by pleasant staff.Thanks Novotel and Amir.

Easy check in, helpful staff, great options for breakfast.
