No answer to communication prior to our stay. Upon arrival rude receptionist. Not ready rooms upon arrival.

Corridor and room smelling of cigarette. Bathroom very dirty, bed lining wasn't changed "room 310"for 3 days, stain all the wall / floor tiles. No kettle, No electric iron, not even a small bottle of water which cost 0.30 Euro. The receptionist on Sunday morning is nasty, it's like he was forced to be at work.

We received room 223, the window was broken, as was the heater... we were moved to room 221, the bunk bed was not done and had big blood stains... we were moved to room 219, were the heater was dirty and we had to do the bunk bed... The worst hotel we have ever slept in.
