Horrific, next time I’ll stay in a car

Codes to the room didn’t work, which mean me had to be let in by a member of staff, which meant that if we wanted to go to the toilet in the night we either had to leave the door open with our valuables inside, or try and find an employee in the middle of the night. We had booked a 2 bedroom room, only one bed had sheets, I tried to find a member of staff and couldn’t locate him, so we had to share one bed. The toilets and showers were DISGUSTING. I searched through the hotel for different toilets in case they were cleaner, each one was worse than the one before. Completely unsanitary. The corridors stank of urine. From 5am the noise levels were unbearable with shouting and slamming doors in all the corridors. Next time, I’ll sleep in the car, it will be cleaner and safer

Had a reservation, I paid outside at DAC but the code i received for the room didn't worked. I called support but they said to pull the handle for 15 seconds then let it and put the code. Guess their door ar from stone age. Anyway, tried that and still didnt worked. After 1 hour the sleeping guy from reception came downstairs and opened the door with master key. Surprise, room wasn't cleaned after last guest. Then he left letting me in the street. If this is how F1 hotels treat their guest and scam them, maybe they need a lawsuit to bring them with the feet back to earth. PS: while there another guest arrived, paid and had same issue. Poor guy left after also got scammed!

The hotel was good and staff very helpful when we arrived late at night 11pm, and the automated system wouldn’t work as for some reason we had to pay an extra 40Euro for our already paid for room!!!

I booked 3 rooms for a quick stop over and was disgusted by the level of hygiene, customer service and atmosphere of the accommodation. I understand its cheap for a reason but I wouldn't let a dog sleep in it. Well never ever book again. I'm still trying to get eid of the fleas !!
