The hotel is very well located for public transportation. The furniture and the bathroom in the room are very old and broken. The amenities and the room description in the website is not entirely true.

- The room wasn't fine. The AC doesn't work neither the portable heater. - WC appearance is old, and they didn't have attention to reffil the shower gel near the bath. The toilet paper it was almost counted... It's a budget Hotel in the real sense of word...

Basic room with no safety box and bad matrix. No usb place to charge your phone. No ironing table in room. No coffee machine. Everything is basic. Just a place to sleep only.

Additionally, we have several ironing boards and several irons available upon request to cater to your needs. The room give was not good , no shower gel even asked for house keeping , no dust bin in room. No cooling even the thermostat was kept as 5 degree . No kittle and hot water facilties

The shower head in our room was broken for 2 nights out of 3 of our stay. We reported to the hotel and was promised will be fixed the next day. No, they didn’t fix it and refused to give us other room. We can’t shower for 2 nights and the hotel receptionist was not helpful and very rude. Kept shirking her shoulders and said she can’t help with the situation. The room was dated, broken table and broken lights. The worst is the shower head not working properly so we couldn’t shower. We were travelling with young kids and this is the most terrible hotel stay during our two weeks Europe trip. Very disappointed!
