It was an easy find in hire car, easy to walk to centre and get to tourist venues and food experiences outside of hotel. Food and bar service and variety was excellent and very helpful concierge team who went out of their way to assist with certain things I had to find in town.

Loved our time here. Stayed with our daughter who had an interconnected room with access to her spa pool. Great spacious room. Beautiful breakfast each morning and dinner was excellent. Already booked for a return visit.

Excellent service at front desk. Quick check in with town map provided and restaurant suggestions offered. Dinner with freshly made pasta and paired with gorgeous wine. Breakfast reasonable spread if a bit limited. Room was spacious and well designed and interior decor was rustic chic! Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the hotel twice for a total of six nights. The location is good. It’s a short walk from the town centre and yes it’s up a steep hill that wouldn’t be practical for people with walking difficulties but we found it fine. The rooms we had overlooked the lake and being slightly elevated you get great views of the Remarkables. The rooms were a good size and one had a balcony and the other a terrace. Both were well appointed and very comfortable. The restaurant had a good selection of dishes and the breakfast also had good variety. Parking was easy in the underground car park. Staff were all pleasant, engaging and helpful.
