The location is conveniently located, the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean but only negative is that they are little dated for example the carpets were old and torn.

When Checking in and trying to pay for my reservations I was told to stand to the side and the lady serving me said this is check out time not check in time. multiple customers were than served before me as I stood to the side for about 10-15 mins. rooms were not ready and I completely understood but I did ask if she could call me when rooms were ready and she replied we don't do that. on several other occasions they have always offered to ring me. once checked in later in the afternoon to our rooms and we got our cards I than went up to my room to a completely messy, dirty room that had not been made or cleaned from the previous guests. wasnt a great felling at all after such a long day. we always choose Accor and Novotel when travelling to Melbourne and as you can see from previous stays we stay a lot. Also I am still waiting on on my status point from reservation NDQSFQSH? the other reservation has been credited but this one hasn't.
