Had a few nights at this hotel which is located next door to the Central Train station in the heart of the city. The rooms had only basic amenities and were compact but fairly comfortable. The only issue we had was with the beds which didn't suit our needs. The breakfast was comprehensive with a good variety of hot and cold dishes. The staff were helpful and professional. All over a pleasant experience.

Staff were helpful and Room was clean and had a good view. Reception area seemed unattractive and disjointed. Good to have tea and coffee and a safe in the room.

Front Receptionist Ms Glennisia was really excellent. She not only enquired our stay requirement but also well guided us for our city visit. That's what a tourist likes. We were strangers to her but she converted us into friends. 🙂🙂🙂 Mr Prashant was also very good to convey warmth. Very nice.

We spent 4 nights at the Ibis and overall were happy with the experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good and the location was excellent close to the city centre and attractions. We only booked a cosy room and got what we expected but the only downside was the beds that were not comfortable and didn't suit our needs

We had an amazing experience at Ibis Amsterdam Centre. The hotel is well located (near Amsterdam centraal and all the activities) and the room was perfect for the whole duration of the stay. I recommend this hotel!
