Dear Bridget, We would like to thank you for this review about your recent experience in our hotel. We are delighted to hear that you found our location to be excellent, which is indeed one of the highlights that we take great pride in. We regret to hear about the inconvenience caused by the non-functioning hairdryer and the disturbances from the sirens and church bells. Please rest assured that we aim to provide a restful environment for all our guests, and we are looking into soundproofing improvements to enhance the quality of our guests' stay. Moreover, regarding the coffee strength, we will consider your preference for a milder coffee as we strive to cater to a variety of tastes. While we are glad that your overall impression of the hotel was satisfactory, we apologize for the absence of bar staff when you visited our bar area.
