I reserved at the Ibis Centre Gare only a day or two prior to my short trip to Reims for work. I needed reliable at a good price, and Ibis provides that ! I really loved it when arriving and departing - because the hotel is literally steps from the station, so no dragging your luggage all over town. I had a double room on the 3rd floor on the station side. I don’t remember any noise during the night from the trains. The room was clean, if a bit tired, but that’s okay at this price point. Even better, the WINDOW OPENED so I could get fresh air. I didn’t have breakfast at the restaurant so can’t comment on that. Since there are no tea- or coffee-making facilities in the room, I brought my mug, immersion coil heater, and tea to make my own. the bed was comfy. All in all, a perfectly pleasant stay, good rapport qualité -prix.
