Bathroom was not clean, had to ask for it to be cleaned and serviced, dirty toilet bowl,, empty showergel, grape on the floor and dirt marks on door.

It was a satisfactory stay, however I was disappointed that I got the keys for one room at 1:30 and had to wait until 5pm (two hours after check in time) to receive the other room, overall tho an amazing hotel

Stay was quite good because of location.. breakfast was ok not the best. One criticism I have is that NO FREE BOTTLED WATER!!! this should be pretty standard..even in third world country they give free bottled water every day!! Shame!! This feedback Could have been much better.

Downstairs was nice, breakfast was adequate/good however the room was very damp and though I complained several times as it caused breathing allergy no one changed our room nor did much, they said they would do a dehumidifyer but it really didnt work The beds werent that comfortable to make things worse, and the walls desperately needed paint and a revamp, the toilets and bathtub were super old and felt unclean due to tear and wear. really it was one trip I was so happy to be back home! You do not deserve 4* at all I will make a bad review on google if I do not hear from you.
