We have stayed at Accor hotels (members) before but not at a Novotel and were pleased with our stay. They did upgrade us. Nice room. Clean. Staff very nice. Only had breakfast there once. Turned off by the uncooked bacon. Nice bar staff. Stopped to have a night cap before going to bed. Reasonable. You can walk into the old section. About 20 minutes or take the bus or tram. Bordeaux worth the trip. Wine museum is a must if you are into vines. We are! Would stay again.
