The bathroom in my room doesn't match what the picture showing when I booked the hotel. It was showing black color without bathroom. But I have the one is white color with old bath tub and there has some molds in the wall. My room doesn't even look like 4 star hotel. I did asked why it is not matched online picture, they just told me it is only color different. I won't stay it again since the photo is not matched what I get. Don't know why I am unable to leave in accor.com

There was no airconditioning, the rooms were not ready at checkin and we had to wait, there was no shuttle to airport as desribed on your webpage. Proximity to airport with a shuttle was reason we chose Novetel.
