My experience was very bad this time , I am not going to stay again in this hotel

While we take pride in our hotel's features, such as the recent updates to our mattresses and the diligent efforts of our team to ensure clean, air-conditioned rooms, we regret that we fell short during your visit. We also understand the importance of a peaceful room, and typically, our garden view rooms and those on the upper floors are recommended for those seeking a quieter environment. It is disconcerting to hear about the presence of mosquitoes in your room, which is certainly not indicative of the standards we aim to maintain. Our mission is to provide a warm and hospitable environment for all our guests, especially those who have shown us loyalty through their membership. Stayed for 2 nights. Reception staff is helpful and welcoming. Room was good and comfortable bed. Window opens full (this was an advantage for us) and a fan was provided on request. Clean room and bathroom. Size of the room and bathroom is decent. Bathroom and toilet are separate. Jay Jay at restaurant is super amazing and loved his service. Hotel is slightly away from the city centre (about 1.5kms) and nothing around the hotel. Enjoyed our stay.

The room was good and clean. The breakfast was ok. The only negative aspect was the smelling in the corridor and the stairs (I always take the stairs).

We had a room with bed bugs and this was very unpleasant. The rest of stay was oke.
