When asked for different pillows (not a full) was told 'that's all we have'. Also no hair conditioner and again when asked was told you don't have any, and the blow dryer didn't work.

I have stayed at the Novotel several times - I select this hotel because of the great parking downstairs with in/out privileges for an affordable rate, and the great location. The garage is under construction and not available which was a big disappointment upon arrival - has been closed since December and apparently may not be open til fall. Had to park off-site at the Rideau Centre. Staff are friendly enough. Rooms are very nice and modern. Appreciate late check out options.
