Nice welcome. Hotel & rooms rather tired & dated. Paper cups in room for tea & coffee is very cheap & nasty.

A short walk from the marina with fabulous views of the old port

Good hotel just shame about the pool closure

Stayed here for one night prior to joining a cruise ship. Greeting at reception was great, room was spacious and we had a travel cot ready for us. Lunch was great and the service was impeccable. Disappointed the pool was closed and we were unable to use Sofitel pool as our child was under 7! Aircon was turned to heat only as it was winter and the room was stuffing so we were given a big industrial metal fan which worked a treat as we need to keep the room cool for the little one. Breakfast was a good selection, lots of choice and plenty for all dietary requirements. Would happily stay again, just when the pool is open.

I use to stay in that hotel or in the Sofitel next to this one. This time this Novotel fell below my expectations. No room upgrade and when I asked if any room with view on Vieux Port was available, I got a No while the hotel sounded half empty. No special attention made
