Having stayed here in the past, I asked for a specific room, which the Hotel managed to arrange. Lovely relaxing hotel with friendly, caring staff. Everything and everywhere very clean. Although the gym is small, it was well maintained fully operational. Attention has also been paid to maintaining the lawns and putting in new plants close to the hotel. It remains an ideal base for exploring the local area, especially RHS Bridgewater. Will definitely stay again when in the area. A second coffee machine at breakfast would help guests to prepare their drinks quickly when several people want one at the same time. The plate warmer didn't work, or contained too many plates. When we asked for a hot plate, the manager reached for one from below the hot food counter, but even that was barely warm. These little things make all the difference.

We were mainly happy with our stay but we were put on floor 1 we had no signal for phones or tablets. We needed signal as our friend is extremely ill and we needed contact so if we stay again would need upper floor
