Very welcoming, clean hotel. It has everything you need, with food available, comfy lounge room, good breakfast, gift shop. Best of all they offer a free shuttle bus service to the airport every 20 minutes! It was a life saver for us when we had to stay for an unexpected night, due to our flight being cancelled

The hotel shuttle was very regular to the airport station to get the train into Amsterdam Central. Our room was very nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

It was a really good stay. Just experienced some disturbances at night due to noises outside that couldn't be faded out even when i closed the windows. But overall it was a nice stay.

a/c didnt work so they moved us on the 2nd day to another room, there the a/c also didnt work!!! so they brought us ventilators, but half the room wasnt with electricity so only half room had air. we slept 4 people in the room, with kids, and it was hot and no air at all, the windows only opened a crack. if i knew there wasnt a/c in this hotel, i would never ordered it. 20 min before we left a man came to fic the a/c. we were there for 3 days!!!!
