Everything was very well, the only negative was that on the first day (when I was in a hurry) the lifts did not work. The lifts were going up and down, but never made it to the ground floor. Eventually I walked from 9. floor down. The next 2 days there was no issue with the ligft or otherwise.

We arrived and the staff at the reception were really slow at checking us in. We had upgraded to a room with 2 breakfast but one of the check in person at breakfast was creating an issue without doing the due diligence of checking things even though apparently the blue room card indicates breakfast was included. This delayed our time to catch our train for our tour!
