The welcome to the hotel, infrastructure and room were perfect but in the morning when I wanted to enjoy a fully paid breakfast I wasn't able to. This because the breakfast restaurant was overwhelmed with Indian customers who were far from respecting the other customers. I even had to rescue a young lady for being pushed into the coffee machine. The staff was not able to manage the workload with as consequence overcooked bacon, dry scrambled eggs, no yoghurt, fruit, ... a fresh orange juice distributor not able to deliver juice anymore and worst of all an extremely dirty breakfast area. I strongly suggest that in the future, when you have such groups, to secure a separate breakfast area. This in order to allow all other customers to enjoy their paid breakfast.

Nice hotel, very clean. Staff very welcoming. The hotel has a welcoming feel. Easy to park in the shopping center car park and lift up to hotel. If you keep your parking ticket and show it to reception on leaving, they validate it with 50% off. Overall I would recommend.

A new, modern hotel at walking distance from the central train station. I honestly did not expect to find this in Charleroi. Great facilities... modern and spatious rooms (I was upgraded to a suite... it was really nice). Cosy and friendly atmosphere in the reception-bar-restaurant-lounge area on the 2nd floor. Basic but ok breakfast. Friendly and efficient staff at the reception.
