As a Platinum member , I did expect more benefits such as room upgrade from the hotel because I read about the hotel reputation. Anyway, it was acceptable I was not upgraded. Overall , the hotel was well designed , nice deluxe room , well equipped . I also expected more varieties of the breakfast. There were only a few sets of menu.

Sleeping in a Hanok is something to do in Korea. This hanok is exceptional. It’s quiet, the room is so beautiful and typical. It’s clean. The bedding is perfect. The breakfast is good too. The hotel is really well situated. I recommend this hotel: my stay was perfect. The little touches of the team were welcome.

Overall experience this time was neither good or bad, but I expect more on next visit. It is not sure that hotel actually read about the review though. Room condition was fine with well cleaned and maintained. It was as expected. Disappointment came on asking floor heat function. I have turned on floor heat and temperature remained same for 4 hours so called reception to take a look. People came over and checked setup(it was ok) and commented that because of I have left windows open, floor was not heated up. Then I closed all windows and see for another 3 hours and I could not feel any warmth from floor. Checked again with reception and commented that facility seems working so wait for a while and offering extra blanket which I do not need. That was the end and floor remain cold till next day. Next day came and went for a breakfast and there is no one there. I waited about 5 min till someone showed up and guide to table. Also self serve bar did not have people there so I waited extra time as well. Check out time, there was no question about my stay and did not have chance to express above experience. Hardware itself is a fancy hotel but since it is five star hotel, service can be improved.
