The good: hotel 5-10 mins walking distance from mascot train station, our room was generally quiet, comfy bed, good blackout curtains, nice rain/normal shower, good rate for executive club room, one staff member-Jen-gave outstanding level of service The bad: executive club room offers lounge access, the location of the lounge is tucked away and not clearly advised, the lounge was dirty, the lounge drinks served in the restaurant were poor in that any spirits were so weak you couldn't taste, some of the staff members were inattentive, peloton bikes in gym were not maintained and didn't work, couldn't get anyone on phone to help with them, was handed dirty plates in restaurant. Overall ok with room for improvement I would stay again if they addressed the shortfalls as location great for airport and free shuttle

I had just had surgery, knew I would be arriving early morning from overseas so booked a room from 8am. My flight was early so got there an hour and a half before this. Was really disappointed that NO effort was made to help me. Understood they were full and no room was ready but staff were belligerent, rude and unhelpful. So I sat in pain for an hour and a half in their restaurant, unable to eat as I felt unwell from the flight. Just some kind words and understanding would have been nice. Really surprised as have stayed at Pullman at other locations and staff have bent over backwards to help, but not at the airport Sydney.

Professional reception staff, courteous and informative. Excellent room - very clean. Fabulous executive food and drinks at bar. Breakfast great and maître d on the ball.

There was a cockroach in my shower, and i was just advising the manager to let them know but he didn't seem to care. Incorrect credit card charged at check out - If we are made to fill out a form from our employer, maybe make it so that it is easy to see on your system so the correct card gets charged out? Could be more variety on dinner menu. Breakfast buffet is good at 6am, seems to be quite cold at 7am.

I usually stay at The Pullman when in Sydney. Normally get a great night's sleep, but my last visit was hindered by a lamp that kept turning on throughout the night. Continually woken up thinking it was morning and eventually had to pull the thing out of the wall. Also happened to another colleague the same night.
