I have stayed at this hotel several time based on the advertised 'secure parking'. However, on this visit the security guard was always sitting behind the desk on his cell phone. This is not securing the parking lot!

I checked in on a Thursday and departed on a Monday. The hotel staff (everyone) we're extremely kind, patient and helpful. Spanish is not my primary language and despite any language barrier they were all very helpful - front desk, kitchen/restaurant, housekeeping - my regret is that my stay couldn't be longer.
