The room is nice...the food is delicious ...the gym is good...the swimming pool is nice..the receptionist very helpull and friendly ...more place for the play ground for children... some times the chanel TV from other country is not working

My office held "Quarter Business Review 2024" meeting for 3 days from 19th - 21st May 2024. The service very excellent from beginning until the end, thank you for Ibu Zahra, Mas Rahmat, Mas Rio and team. They were fast response and helpful. The room clean, the AC cold and the breakfast variative and tasty. The meeting room also clean, they can accommodate the customer request very well. I give 5 stars for the team of Ibis Style Sunter. This hotel are so clean, green spaces and friendly environment further, the breakfast, lunch and condiment are adopting indonesian and Eastern styles which is fit to our tastes. However There’s no beauty salon available, it’s more precious if you have it in this hotel.

When I arrived the room with a double bed was not available, then when I entered the room on the second floor on the Isle it smelled of cigarettes even though it was not a smoking floor. then I went downstairs again to ask for a new room exchange to be swapped to the 7th floor

As for your information only that 2nd floor are supposed to be a Non-smoking floor, but during your arrival we had a violator that break the normal condition and made you and the other guest feels uncomfortable with the situation. The place is clean, the food is great, and the service is excelent. I pretty much glad my office booked rooms and meeting rooms in this hotel. I absolutely will promote this place to my family and friends. I hope they would like to come and have some stay cation in this hotel. Service from mr fahrul and alby very good.
