The room was below the standards of other IBIS Styles I have stayed in. The light switches at pillow level were a nuisance; I was amazed to see such a useless feature. Convenient for the station, metro & trams. Pleasant staff.

Okay. I was given first a room at the basement which I did not like and after requesting I got a room at the ground floor. The receptionist could give me that from the very beginning.

The hotel is well located.. easy walking distance to Centrals station. It's in a safe area and there's a lot of food options in the area. The staff is courteous and very accommodating. The room is well maintained. I highly recommend this hotel.

Really good location and very helpful reception staff. The room was comfortable and clean with a nice shower room. There was not any dressing table or mirror accessible for make up or hair which made this difficult for ladies. Location was great for local restaurants and bars with the train station close for travel links.
