the bed horrible, with something scratching and dirty matress, bed in general more or less, there are not american outlets or any american adaptors. the restaurant and the food have to work to improve, service is almost unattended for small dish takes 30-40 minutes and not people there only 3 persons, i think need to work much more for the tips.

Maria was our server, she was so helpful and sweet at all times. Great energy and a great worker to have as a part of your team! Everyone who helped us the night prior to prepare food was great even though we had a team of 20 people. The cooks kept bringing out food & served us politely.

Maria is very nice kind and helpful. She served us with great pleasure and kindness. She is a fantastic server. She took the time to make sure everyone needs met and helped us with whatever we need. She was a blessing to us all. She brought us everything. We need her joy and passion for her job exceeds most servers.

We are at the hotel on a trip visiting friend and had an amazing service with Maria, she was very friendly and attentive during breakfast. She ensured that all the breakfast items were continually stocked and the breakfast bar was clean. Thank you again for the service Maria!
