* it’s looking of ibis quality we expected of Novotal but got hospitality like ibis * paper cups for coffee in the room * tiny water bottles * old kettle * poorest toiletry that’s also little * ordered food in dining but quality was not what we paid

Worse hotel i ever stayed at

The worse hotel i ever stayed at. Firstly, the check in took more than 30 minutes, i was arriving late at night, exhausted when i get to the reception the staff does not even acknowledge that i was there, after standing there quite awhile i said i here to check in, the staff were busy talking to another guest that back and forth coming him however in a meantime the staff was free he would not even bother to serve me nor to inform me how long would i have to wait, approximately 45 minutes waiting to check in After a long haul flight in just extremely ridiculous. The room i was allocated to, the air conditioning is not working, i called the reception i was informed the staff will come and check, 1 hour waiting for that in a room like hell, the staff finally turned up and turn the AC off and off the left, all night i was sweating and could not sleep The next morning i went to the reception and informed the staff that i demanded to change room or i would like a refund, which the staff informed me rudely he can’t move me to another room just yet, i said when ?? He replied about 10am, at 1030 he called me that my new room is ready, the AC in the new room is not any better than the old one. The staff there seems racist if you’re not from Africa or white or at least speak French they will not treat you in a friendly manner. Go stay at an Upper class of Accor hotel brands where they staff have manner no matter where you come from.
