Room 1406, clean dan confortable, amenities complete, thank to Asaduzzaman who keep room clean and proper. Very good hotel, just infront of haram, breakfast was excellent, room clean and enough space. Check-in staff fast respond, plenty of lift from P11 to the rooms, very convenient.

Staying 5 days for Umrah. I can understand with the location the hotel might be almost full throughout the whole year, but would love to have a cleaner carpet & bathroom. All in all, our stay was great: the staff are friendly and super helpful. The breakfast needs to serve more variety of food at least every two days, maybe - I mean not the same menu everyday. More Indonesian menus please :)

First, I booked a Haram view but I got a street view, nothing to do with Haram. Then, I’ve done check in, I asked the receptionist where will be the restaurant for breakfast, he said:”it’s written in the paper” in a very rude manner. He was not friendly nor serviable. Furthermore, lamp in my room was not working, the room smells not good and I had no hygiene kit…
