Fantastic stay. The staff at this hotel were so sweet and professional. Whether it was a bottle of water, or an umbrella for the day, everyone was quick to assist. The location and design of the hotel is superb. The loft suites on the 8th floor were equipped with modern amenities and had a gorgeous view. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We will be returning to this hotel on our next visit to Munich.

Stayed here four nights with family of four adults. Wonderful connecting rooms facing Bayerstraße. We utilized the restaurant, breakfast restaurant, bar and spa during our stay.

booked online --> no headsup information that Garage /Spa / Pool / Sauna was closed other hotel-- terrible style of communication Receptionist, cleaning personal, bartender --> all very polite & helpful, top Room aged a bit. crack in window --> room 844 huge PV-module infront of couch and bed --> no need for room with view Mini-Bar leaked of drinks, no snacks at all TV needs Netflix / Prime Videio / Youtube Connection Bar is extremly expensive --> 16 € per cocktail ( was delicious though)

However, please allow me to point out that we explicitly refer to the renovation work on all platforms and in the reservation confirmation, which our guests also confirm and expressly welcome. Getting a cup of coffee has never been hard for me. Only you can get it from coffee machines. I was hoping to have simple, fast filter coffee. Breakfast is not even average. Lunch options were very limited. My room has no window. It should have been told me before. Overall dissatisfied.

This is my second stay in sofitel within 2 months. I selected sofitel again, just because I had excellent guest experince in my previous stay. Clean, close to central locations, fins food and moreover wonderful staff hospitality can be enjoyed in the hotel. Besides, i send my special thanks to Mr Umut Öfkeli, duty manager, he had his best to make us comfortable. I could observe he was so kind and caring to his guests as well. I definately will stay again if i go to Munich, and contact Mr Umut Öfkeli. Many thanks and regards,
