Non Smoking room with strong smoking smell

We booked for a non-smoking room but the room has a strong smoking smell especially at the bathroom. We talked to reception , no apologise is given, just told me the hotel is fully booked and can only spray air refresher. Air refresher doesn’t help at all! The smell of smoking + lemon refresher made us headaches. We requested to have another room the next day but nothing is offered. Bad experience. Also, the wifi was not working for more than 24hrs. Terrible!

The bathroom was very tiny, it actually looked like a mobile unit bathroom installed to the room not suitable for it. The location requires a car. The description mentioned there is a free parking, that's true but it doesn't mention the amount of spots is very limited so by fact at the evening there is no free spots available so you have to go to payed parking which is 5 eur per night, it's cheap but would be nice if they would make it free for guests.
