I am a member of Hotels Accor in Europe and I use their services frequently. I usually stay in Ibis styles in northern Spain, and the price is reasonable and the service superb. I thought Monterrey was no different. It is the worst hotel I have been for a very long time. I took some pictures of the filthy room interior. They are really unveliabable.

The hotel offers all advantages for one business night. Just the basics, do not expect amenities or something special. Friendly environment. Slow service at the restaurant for dinner (almost 30 min to get my plate). Also, I requested a silent room, however many noise. Good hotel for one-two nights.

This hotel is very bad. No soap, paper cups in the room, a community iron and ironing board for the whole floor, dirty all over, their customer service is horrible, no air conditioning. I thought it would be a good hotel because of the location but I was wrong. I will never use this terrible hotel ever and definitely will not recommend it.
