Flight got cancelled, never made it to Portugal until the following day. Unsure why the survey was sent to me if i never checked in and contacted the hotel to say what happen. This personal touch is everything but personal.

The room was cold even with heating turned on and had a bad sewage smell coming from the shower/toilet .
