Hot room, useless cooling option

The room itself was reasonable but way overpriced for what it was. I complained about the air conditioning and was told it's not air conditioning it's an air cooling system. Which basically means it's as much use as a fan is, and it quickly broke down and stopped working. Also, the Accor website lists a number of room amenities, one of which is an iron. However, it turns out that the rooms do not have irons, instead they have an ironing room. First this is false advertising, as it implies this is an in-room amenity, if it isn't it should be clearly stated. But £150 a night and they can't provide an iron in the rooms, I won't be coming back Premier inn is much better value for money.

Conveniently located in the city center within walking distance to everywhere you want to go in Manchester. The room was very clean, decent size with all standard amenities, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was great too.
