I was given the wrong type of room upon check in. I booked for studio but was given the standard room. They only changed the room a few days later upon my request as the reception told me the hotel was fully booked.

There was thrash (4 water bottles) in the bin, from the previous guest. There were scratches on the teflon pan. Elevator was not working. I took taxi from the airport to the hotel and even though I had the address, driver couldn’t find it. During the check-in when I told this, the receptionist said, ah, yes the gps doesn’t pick. If this ıs common knowledge, it may worth to include more open directions on your website. Or a better sign showing the entrance way from the tunnel.
