The services provided is excellent. David and Sky provided excellent quality customer service. The quality of food is very good. The staff attend to you on time. The environment is very clean and I feel relaxed and I enjoyed my stay. There are plenty of car parking spaces.

Went for a business meeting with a client, seems a nice hotel, busy lobby / bar and normally would have given a 5 star but to get a parking charge notice (PCN) for £100 or £60 if you pay now two weeks after the visit stings a bit especially when I didn't see any sign to register the vehicle, which I would have done gladly

Checking in everything was all great can’t fault the hotel itself other than the actual bed. It was so Uncomfortable, I was surprised because I’ve stayed in a few Ibis hotels but this was by far the worse. I think I was sleeping on a mattress topper rather than a mattress. It was so hard I might as well slept on the floor so uncomfortable my back was hurt in the next day. Such a shame.
