The room was modern and large window, good lighting and layout in the room and bathroom for the price. Parking is $15 a day. McDonald's and Woolworths across the road.

I arrived at approx 6.30 pm, the entire front and signage was in darkness. There was no lighting even later on that evening. Bad First Impression. No restaurant or bar opened.

This is a lovely 4 star property that's located a few minutes drive to the train station and Westfield. It's a bit far to walk for those without transport. The staff were so helpful, particularly the young man that checked us in and out. The room was quiet, well sized, bed is medium firm with a variety of pillow choices. There were a few peculiarities, like the shower having soap scum stains, the body wash and liquid soap being watered down and runny, the towel holder coming off the wall, no bin bags daily, the room doesn't have actual ceiling lights, only lamps and there were hiccups with the booking and payment, however staff at the front desk were lovely and more then willing to help. Location 3/5, room 3/5, customer service 5/5.
