Bad internet connection and extension of stay didn’t go smoothly

Internet connection was really bad. The stay was extended but it was not recorded properly. The cleaners requested me to validate the extension. Went to the reception to realised that the extension has not been done and payment has not been taken.

Good size rooms and decent gym and pool facilities. Rooms are very outdated though and not overly clean. There was confusion between breakfast being included in my stay or not. Front desk said it was then when I arrived at breakfast my name wasn't on the list. Need to sort out your administration.

Room not up to standard

The room was very disappointing. Shower rail was rusty and flaking, fan in bathroom was full of dust and grime, hair in sink, doona was stained (looked like blood stain) that I discovered on morning of departure. Very disappointed with these aspects.
