I visited Évora for an event, that required me to drive to the event location, but used the Ibis as the base to do city visits. While not in the city center, it is a small 10-min walk to the city center. Breakfast was excellent, and the room was very comfortable.

The hotel is situated in a perfect location to explore Evora. It is homey and very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful when asked what's the best way to see the history that Evora offers and the special places to eat. Definitely a good price for a comfortable stay.
