From its prime location in the center of all the action in Tilburg, to the comfortable rooms with all the extras to make your visit easy, to the incredible breakfast buffet and other meals and drinks in the bar. Mercure is THE place to stay in Tilburg. Mercure is a quick walk from the train station, just down the street from the concert venue, in the plaza with lots of shopping and some of the best restaurants we have ever dined in. The views are wonderful as well. You will not be disappointed!

Nice room, empty fridge though. Would have been nice with some refreshments. Breakfast staff didn't have any uniform/name tag so when a young guy came up to me, dressed like any other guest and whispered what my room number was, it felt very off. It was not obvious this was breakfast staff. Would recommend name tags or at least a bit more proper dress code. That was very uncomfortable for all of us. Apart from that everything was great.

I was only in Tilburg for one night on business but on arrival the hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean, tidy and very comfortable. the hotel is ideally located central to all amenities. My first trip to Tilburg and very happy indeed with my accommodation.

The lighting in the room/bathroom could be better, its very dark

Noisy... new restaurant in hotel is bad

It was 4 stars (noisy location), but now it is 3 stars. The rooms are the same (still noisy, bring plugs), but the restaurant has changed. Very slow service, inexperienced staff who are not visible (nor a manager), and cold food. Fortunately, there are many other nice restaurants in the area. Breakfast good.
