Great experience. The staff was very friendly and supportive. I had to book an emergency stay after the flooding and they allowed me a early checking at 5 am in the morning. Due to flight cancellations they also allowed me to extend my checkout a few hours, which was very much appreciated in such a stressful time. The restaurant was great, and the gym and the pool also were a great resource to enjoy my stay.

The hotel is at a good locations, few minutes to the bus stop, close to the shops. The the room was comfortable and the staffs we hospitable and helpful.

Everything is fine. Some area required to improve - 1) housekeeping need to be improved i.e always forget to put the toilet paper, tower never change if we put in the toilet, living hall floor seldom mop and only vacuum. 2) AC need to be improve sometime too hot. 3) Restaurant food need to be improve. 4) Reception too small and sometime need to wait too long just to update the access card which is not working.

Right from day 1 until now, it has been a month, honestly I'm very happy and 100% satisfied! Right from the Bell Boys, the Receptionists (Ms. Gail especially) to the Chambermaids, they are all very very dedicated in their job! Excellent guys those in Adagio Aparthotel in Deira! Highly recommended place to stay!
