I cannot say enough good things about the Fairmont Princess! Customer service is 10+ out of 10! They are literally doing anything and everything to make you as comfortable as possible at all times. From the excellent quality bed linens, to the smiling attentive staff, to the 24-hour room service, to the gentleman driving you around on golf carts across the sprawling property, it was an excellent experience. I was here planning a gala for almost 700 people and the catering department, front of house, back of house, stewarding department, everyone exuded excellence and professionalism. Just when I thought all hope was lost in the hospitality industry, they have renewed my faith in service!

Except for finding a cockroach in our room Sunday morning, everything else was nice. It took a phone call and a trip to the front desk to get someone to remove it from our room.

I tried to check out from my room, and it would not work. Our meetings got done a day early, so we checked out a day early. After talking to front desk since I was checking out a day early, I cannot use the Tv to check out. Once I figured this out, I was late in getting a refund for the early check out. I would like credit for the day I didn't stay please. I was traveling with Dan Vandenbos and you gave him a credit.

This is a fantastic place! We decided to there was no need to leave the resort. Brian in the gold lounge was great! Mike filled us in on all the things to do while here. Restaurants, the spa, the pools are all outstanding. However, It’s the people here are what make the experience second to none!

The Carpet was old and need of replacing. Outside Construction was load at 6:00am.
