The staff is superb. Rooms are neat and clean. This is second month stay in NOVOTEL as it is very close to my office place. All the staff is wonderful and show great hospitallity, however it’s worth mentioning few names here like Mr Nassif, Mr Cherif, Mr. Hamza, Miss Twinkle, Mr Ehsan and Mr Abdul Rafae.

Thank you Novotel Bur Dubai Staff for amazing hospitality i really enjoyed my stay for six days and i have plan to come again to this hotel i like Hang out food and staff also Espicially April, from Reception Ihsan, Sherif, Grace and Hamza were so helpful.

Great Hotel! Clean rooms, friendly and professional staff, approx 3 min walk to the metro station 🚉 2 metro stations from Bur juman station, 10 mins walk to wafi Shopping mall 😊

Hotel nice, very comfortable area . important, I return to the hotel at night after business and can always have a delicious dinner or drink in the bar. I want to say thank you to my bartender Raffay from Pakistan, who is always attentive as the manager of a cool restaurant and will make the most delicious cocktail and support. friendly conversation like a gentleman from London!
