Highly Recommend Novotel On Stevens, we had issues with flights delayed and our luggage, but from the moment we stepped into the Novotel on Stevens we were greeted like family with friendly smiles and great customer service especially from staff member Peach at the check-in counter she was very polite and explained all the amenities. We really enjoyed staying at the Novotel for our anniversary all areas of the Hotel are very clean and modern with easy access to food and other shops in walking distance. A++

Very disappointed with the services at reception. They were slow and unprofessional. They made mistake in the agreed check-out time. They didn't tell me any Diamond member benefits. They didn't give me welcome drink. They didn't tell me where are the restaurants, gym, pool, lounge, etc. Attitude was also unacceptable. They were unwelcoming during the entire check-in process. This is so different from my experience in other Accor hotels.
