I must say that Sabine was very nice and helpful, but: Elevator didn't work for couple of days Suite was not in great condition Breakfast was very very unsatisfactory Tax was added to the price at check in Other small things which left a general feeling that this Adagio was not up to the usual level

Well located, but elevator was out of order for last 3 days

Nice staff, but the elevator was out of order for my last three days stay. It it not their fault, but it was hard to up and down with suitcases.

Staff is very welcoming, polite and always available. Studio on the 5th floor: large patio doors with view on the Promenade plantée with the Viaduc des Arts, 3 mn from the hotel. Very lively area on boulevard Daumesnil where (surpringsingly) few tourists come. Good noise insulation. Good bed. Bathroom renovated (glass shower door). Everything very clean. Kitchen is super basic and small but manageable.

well located , friendly staff , bathroom would benefit from some renovation, for example mirror was not functional . otherwise perfect for short stay .
