Apart of a nice room very unprofessional staff at reception, could not even speak proper English and provide with reasonable customer service because of lack of knowledge and experience.. staff at reception were pretty disappointing and so the service was very poor. The cleanliness was ok, but the front area hasn't given information or provided with any quality guest service.

Your Friday night staff was somewhat inexperienced & lacked professionalism as opposed to the professional & highly skilled Sunday staff. Shower drain kept blocking up, saved you on water as we had quick showers to manage excess water on bathroom floor. On a minor detail, your cleaning staff hadn't changed coffee stained coaster in my room & left a dirty wine glass , not a complaint more a observation. Thank you for my stay

The room we had (Sebel) was in a condition that made you think you've stepped into a time machine and been sent back in 1990s. Very old (!) carpet, a tired brown couch (depressing), and a bathroom that hasn't been updated for a long time. The booking process doesn't, but the service experience clearly differentiate between the 'Peppars' and the 'Sebel' experience, pretty untasteful. Overall 1/10, do not waste your money here!
