I can't log in to my account - what should I do ?

  • Check that you have entered your e-mail address correctly
  • Check that the e-mail address you have entered is the same as the one you used to set up your account
  • Check that the password you entered is the same as the one you used to set up your account (otherwise click on "Forgotten your password?")
  • Make sure that the AccorHotels mobile application or website is not undergoing maintenance: Check "Your support space" at the top of the page to see whether there is a message regarding downtime
