Old, Tired and Dirty!

Breakfast and bar were both brilliant but unfortunately the room was a let down. The door lock on my room 611 was falling apart and caught my jacket on the way into the room. The bed was unbelievably hard and uncomfortable. The aircon unit made a nasty squealing noise and the filter was disgusting and dirty. For the price paid, I expected so much more!!

Well located and modern

The hotel is a modern bright hotel and the reception staff were welcoming, however my room wasn't initially ready despite it being around 4pm. The room was decorated nicely and the bathroom was especially spacious. I did have to ask for a 2nd pillow which was brought later in the evening however the quality of both pillows was very poor making it difficult to sleep comfortably!

Overnight stay for Apollo concert. One of few hotels to offer twin rooms. Arrived early to use left luggage facilities but checked in early for free. Hotel clean & loved the quirky decor. Used left luggage the next day, which turned out to be free too. Staff very friendly & efficient. Will definitely stay again if need to be in Manchester.
