Room service was abit disappointing

I am fairly disappointed when I just arrived that evening. Called the room service 950pm and no one picks up. Operator tried and cannot get any response too. Operator promised to get room service called back but no one called back. First time I seeing such low level of service. In the end, room service received my call at about 10-15mins later.

THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE ROOM AIRCONDITION FIN IS FACING DIRECTLY TO THE BED WHICH MAKE IT UNCOMFORTABLE TO SLEEP ( TOO COLD ). YOU MUST MAKE ADJUSTMENT THE FIN FACING TO THE OPPOSITE OF THE BED.

Slow frontdesk check in, room lighting so dark. No extra bed even we paid it, after we requested they add on but all the amenities not for 3 too. Delicious breakfast and love location too

to long waiting get the room . until 5 pm doesnt get the room and no confirmation from reception . check in process also slow the reception even though the hotel was not busy.

1st night rain water leaks into our room after it was raining heavily after checked in an hour later. When just cheked in at 11.30pm.

Reception was clear and fast when check in and check out. Room was clean, but the bedding or bed protection was thin so it make the bed felt hard. Hope hotel will take action to change to thinker.
